AI Integration
EOS Hub includes built-in AI assistance to help teams write better, more concise content across the platform. AI-powered "Enhance with AI" buttons appear next to text inputs throughout the application.
How It Works
Wherever you see the sparkle icon (✦) next to a text field, you can click it to have AI improve your text. The AI understands the context of each input type and generates content that follows EOS best practices.
Supported Input Types
AI enhancement is available for the following input types:
| Input Type | Where It Appears | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| Rock Title | Rocks list, Meeting rock review | Generates concise SMART goal titles (5-12 words) |
| Rock Description | Rock detail | Expands description with milestones and success criteria |
| Issue Title | Issues list, Meeting IDS segment | Sharpens issue title to identify root cause |
| Issue Description | Issue detail | Structures description with context, impact, and root cause |
| Todo Title | To-Dos list, Meeting segments | Creates specific, actionable to-do items |
| Measurable Title | Scorecard | Generates clear, measurable KPI titles |
| Headline | Meeting headlines segment | Refines customer/employee headlines |
| Cascading Message | Meeting conclude segment | Creates clear, concise messages for the organization |
| VTO Content | Vision/Traction Organizer | Improves vision and strategy text |
Usage
- Type your initial text in the input field.
- Click the sparkle icon (✦) next to the field.
- The AI processes your text and returns an improved version.
- The improved text replaces your original -- you can always edit further or undo.
TIP
AI works best when you provide some initial text to enhance. Even a rough draft or a few keywords will produce better results than an empty field.
Configuration (Admin)
SUPERADMINs can configure AI settings from the Admin Panel > AI tab.
AI Providers
EOS Hub supports two AI provider backends:
- Anthropic -- Claude models (recommended)
- OpenRouter -- Access to multiple AI models through a single API
To add a provider:
- Go to Admin > AI > Providers.
- Click Add Provider.
- Select the provider type (Anthropic or OpenRouter).
- Enter your API key.
- Select the default model.
- Click Save.
You can have multiple providers configured. Enable or disable providers as needed -- only active providers are used.
WARNING
API keys are stored securely and masked in the admin UI. Keep your keys confidential.
Custom Prompts
Each input type has a carefully crafted default system prompt. SUPERADMINs can customize these prompts:
- Go to Admin > AI > Prompts.
- Click on an input type to edit its prompt.
- Modify the system prompt text.
- Optionally override the provider or model for this specific input type.
- Click Save.
To revert to the default prompt, click Reset to Default.
Model Selection
Models can be configured at two levels:
- Provider level -- Set a default model for each provider.
- Prompt level -- Override the model for a specific input type.
This allows you to use a faster model for simple enhancements (like todo titles) and a more capable model for complex tasks (like VTO content).
