Dashboard

The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It provides an at-a-glance overview of your team's EOS health -- key metrics, trends, and progress toward quarterly goals.

KPI Cards

The top of the dashboard displays summary cards with the most important numbers:

  • Scorecard on Track -- Percentage of measurables hitting their goals this week.
  • Rocks on Track -- Percentage of Rocks with "On Track" status this quarter.
  • To-Dos Completed -- Percentage of To-Dos completed by their due date in the last 7 days.
  • Open Issues -- Number of unresolved issues in the team's Issues list.

Each card shows the current value along with a trend indicator comparing to the previous period.

Scorecard Trend Chart

A line chart displays the trailing trend of key scorecard measurables over the last 13 weeks. This visualization helps the team spot patterns -- are metrics improving, declining, or holding steady?

The chart is built with Recharts and supports:

  • Multiple measurables on a single chart
  • Tooltips with exact values on hover
  • Responsive sizing for mobile and desktop

TIP

Click on a measurable name in the chart legend to toggle its visibility. This helps when comparing specific metrics.

Rock Progress

A visual breakdown of the current quarter's Rocks by status:

  • On Track -- Rock is progressing as expected
  • Off Track -- Rock is behind schedule
  • Done -- Rock has been completed

This is displayed as a progress bar or donut chart, giving the team an immediate sense of whether the quarter is going well.

Meeting Ratings

If your team has been running L10 Meetings, the dashboard shows the average meeting rating over recent meetings. EOS recommends that Level 10 Meetings consistently score 8 or above out of 10.

The chart shows the trend of meeting ratings, helping teams track whether their meeting effectiveness is improving.

Meeting Duration

A bar chart showing the actual duration of each completed meeting. A dashed reference line indicates the team's target meeting duration, making it easy to see which meetings ran over or under time.

This metric helps teams improve their time discipline -- a key EOS principle for effective L10 Meetings.

Team Selector

If you belong to multiple teams, use the team switcher in the sidebar to change which team's dashboard you are viewing. All cards and charts update to reflect the selected team's data.

Refreshing Data

The dashboard loads data on page load. To see the latest numbers, refresh the page. Data entered by other team members (such as scorecard values or rock updates) will be reflected immediately on refresh.

  • Scorecard -- Manage the measurables shown in the trend chart
  • Rocks -- View and update Rock status
  • L10 Meetings -- Run meetings and see rating history
  • Issues -- Work through open issues
